Our Mission
Keyes Community Services District is committed to providing its residents with the most reliable, efficient, and cost effective water distribution, wastewater collection, and street lighting services possible while preserving public health, protecting the environment, and managing its infrastructure to meet present and future needs.
Keyes Community Services District provides water service to its customers through the use of four wells ranging in water production from 525 gallons per minute to 1725 gallons per minute. The District pumps all of its water from the underground aquifer known as the Turlock Subbasin. The District meters all of the water it delivers and provides water to residential, commercial, industrial and governmental entities.
Through its partnership with the City of Turlock, Keyes Community Services District provides wastewater collection and treatment services to more than 5000 people.
